Dr. Ed Mahan, DDS, ND was born and raised in California and upon completion of his DDS, immigrated to work in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He held a part time tenure with the University of Saskatchewan for seven years teaching Crown and Bridge in addition to establishing his own practice.
Shortly after his tenure, Dr. Mahan became familiar with the work of Dr. Hal Huggins and since then has shaped his practice holistically. He believes the mouth and teeth are an integral part of the body, recognizing that oral and dental health can have a major influence on both the health and disease processes of the body. His focus on holistic and quantum principles applied to dentistry has allowed him to combine both profession and passion in his practice.
First introduced to energetic medicine while studying for his ND, Dr. Mahan was actively looking for a device that would fulfill all the parameters to support the health and wellbeing of his patients. He initially found it in the QXCI, and more recently the Scio, Indigo and Eductor. In his 40 years of practicing Dentistry, the art, and more specifically the science has changed. His goal is to guide these changes into harmonization with the principles of holistic and quantum medicine.
Dr. Mahan received his BSci in Biochemistry from Cal Poly University San Luis Obispo California. He graduated from Georgetown University earning his DDS and following his passion for holistic wellness, earned a further doctorate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Canada. He is currently enrolled in a doctorate of Integrative Medicine based on quantum physics from IQUIM in Hawaii.
